Nature Connection:

​

He is the first certified Forest and Nature Therapy Guide in South America. He was trained by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and guides people in nature connection experiencies at nature spots.

​

He carries out activites, talks and workshops on nature connection benefits and  practices to boost such nature connection benefits and  to increase environmental awareness.

​

He has travelled across South America (Argentina, Brasil, Chile and  Perú) and across his country, Uruguay and has spent a lot of time redescovering the main green spots of Uruguay's capital city, Montevideo.

​

He has participated in experiential nature related courses such as; orchard practice and native flora and vegetation acknowledgement.  

​

Environmental and corporate law specialist with social communication skills.

​

He studied at the Universidad de la República where he obtained his degree as a lawyer, he has a specialization degree on environmental law and economy  at both: Universidad Carlos III,  Madrid  and  Universidad del Salvador, Buenos Aires, Argentine and has further specialization studies at Universidad Menéndez Pelayo, Spain..

 

He worked as a legal counsel on corporate and environmental law with local and multinational companies for over 20 years at Ferrere Attorneys (www.ferrere.com) where he created and led the Enviromental Law Practice Group.

Besides, he has a degree on Social Communication from the Universidad del Trabajo del Uruguay and has published notes on environmental matters in newspapers, magazines and specialized publications.
